Happy Sunday!
Oh man, we are tired in this house. I know I mentioned last Sunday that Beckett wasn't sleeping well. I'm sad to report that it has been 16 days and still going strong with the no sleep. (but who is counting?!?)
We went "camping" two weeks ago, which is another story for another time, but unfortunately nothing has been quite the same since!
To give you a little idea, last night between 10:30 and 2:30 I fed Beckett twice and Cole was up with him probably 6 times. YIKES!!!
We are kind of at a loss and not sure what to do. By that point Cole brought him into our bed and the night improved, but not by much.
WE NEED SLEEP! AHH! lol
I actually took him into the Urgent Care this evening just to be sure there wasn't something else going on. At first I thought he was sick, then I thought it was because he was going to learn to crawl, then I thought it was teeth, and I'm starting to even question acid reflux. This is just so unlike our little guy!
The Dr. said he is healthy as can be, which is a huge blessing, and the most she can tell is that it is teething. Poor baby. Poor mommy and daddy!
If you think of it, say a little prayer we all start getting more sleep around here :)

My sister Andrea and her fam moved back to town this weekend...wahoo! But, to give you all a smile, the below picture is of Tave and her son, Augustine. I'm sure they'll be good friends one day, but in the meantime it's a bit of a love/hate relationship! ;) lol. This picture will make me smile throughout the years!
I also needed to snap a picture of my nephew Connor with Cole. He is officially taller then my hubs...and he is only going to be 14 next month!!!! What?!? It is just so crazy to me!
Ooh, I don't want to forget a pic of me sporting my trial jamberry nails. Have you heard of them yet?? Not going to lie, it's a bit tricky getting used to the process of putting them on, but the effect is pretty fun...am I right?
These are my skinny jeans up close. You can see all the fun sparkles! (or, as Felicity would say, the sprinkles! She is always asking for her sprinkle shoes or the dress with the sprinkles on it...it is pretty darn cute!)

That top is adorable! I recently tried skinny jeans, and I think the experiment failed. I already have wide hips, so the tapering just makes me look even wider. :( What's the next trend? Maybe that will work out better for me!
ReplyDeleteAlso, my brother is 18 and 6'3". Our grandfather was 6'5", though, so it runs in the family.
I totally understand your pain with the sleepless nights. My 5 month old is teething and it is killing me slowly. I cantor at church which is really hard when I haven't slept and I am a zombie. All I want to do is sit there and be all zombie-esque but no! I have to "get with the program" by the time 9am rolls around. So tough. Hoping for some sleep very soon, for you and for me!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog... I like the back of the top... that's what actually made me get it :)
ReplyDeletePraying that your fam gets some sleep SOON!
those nails and skinnies -- SOOOO cute
Cute nails. I haven't tried Jamberry yet but everyone is talking about it so I might have to give it a shot! And I love the sparkly (sprinkly!) skinny jeans. Super cute! Stopping by from FLAP. I hope you have a blessed week with more sleep!
