What I Wore Sunday

About a week ago I was digging through one of the boxes in our basement and I found a shirt that had been my mom's.  Styles have changed quite a bit since then so I wasn't sure if there would be any way for it to be wearable, but I decided to take it upstairs with me and give it a try.  Thankfully I have an amazing friend who can make anything look cute and accessorizes like a pro.  She came over last Wednesday and helped me come up with a way to wear my mom's shirt!  I loved getting to wear something that had been my mom's...made me think of her all day.  And, the really cool part is that I realized it is the shirt my mom is wearing in a picture of me and her that is hanging in our stairwell.  The picture was taken the month before she passed away and has always been very special to me.  It made this Sunday extra special :)

This Sunday was also super fun because this week the Brennan's, the Felix's, my Dad, and my sister Ellen's family all joined us for Panera after church!  We pretty much took over the entire back section!!
