1. Beach or Mountains? Where would you rather be?

Beach.  I love them both, but especially with the kiddos, I feel like the beach is a playground in itself.  Plus I love the sun.  And I love the sound of the waves.  I am so happy that I live near the mountains though.  I think when the kids are older we will try and take trips to the mountains more often.  

2. Which is more fun: Christmas Eve, or Christmas morning?

Another tough one.  I actually think I like Christmas Eve best.  I like snuggling by the fire and the lighted tree, going to church and out to dinner at a Chinese restaurant (a Christmas Eve tradition).  The quiet of the night mixed with all of the anticipation for the morning.  Thinking about it makes me smile!

3. What’s the most embarrassing childhood outfit you remember wearing?

Hmmm, not sure.  Probably most of the outfits around 4th and 5th grade.  I was a total tomboy and I even remember wearing my step-brothers hand me down shoes.  I was always wearing baggy jeans and t-shirts.

4. Your house is quiet, you don’t have to do work (housework included). What do you do?

Sleep.  Or watch tv.  Or read a book.  Or take a bath.  Wow, all of that sounds really amazing right now.

5. What movie do you want to watch when you’re feeling under the weather?

I have a few go-to's.  Stranger than Fiction, Dan in Real Life, and The Holiday are some of my absolute favorites.  They just always bring me comfort even though I'm not entirely sure why.  If you haven't seen them you totally should!

 6. Did you have an American Girl doll when you were little? If so, which one?

Nope.  I wasn't really ever into dolls.  Everyone tells me now I should find the Felicity doll for my Felicity, but I just don't have much interest.  I think we are all better off if I don't get us into such an expensive hobby :)
